1. Confirm the style and quantity of the sample and pay the sample fee (the sample fee charges 200% of the unit price of mass production furniture because the production of a small qty of products, its labor costs, material costs, and loss rates are relatively high, we charge 200% the sample fee is not profitable, mainly to cooperate with the clients to complete the hotel furniture project mock-up.

2. Oriental Huayi Furniture Engineering team will provide shop drawings and send them to you for approval. After the shop drawings are approved, they will be sent back to us for sample production. Or you provide the approved shop drawings to us for sample making.

3. We will provide wood, metal finish, and fabric for your approval while approving shop drawings.

4. After approving shop drawings, wood, metal finishes, and fabrics, we start making materials, and the lead time for samples is 45~50 days to complete.

For mock-up lead time, you approve shop drawings, wood, metal finishes, and fabrics; lead time of 45 days; except for exceptional circumstances, we can expedite sample production by about 30 days to complete.
After mock-up approval, the lead time is 50~60 days for mass production lead time.

We have a 10 QC team to monitor and inspect all the processes from incoming raw material, first sample inspection, Inspection carried out on the production line, and finished product inspection. Ensure all products are 100% qualified before leaving the factory, so your guests receive the goods and feel that this purchase experience is worth the money.
